Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 21, 2026

This policy explains what information enterpriseARCH.ai (“we”) collects when you visit, why, and what choices you have. We have tried to keep it short and plain.

What we collect

Analytics. We use Google Analytics, through Google’s Site Kit plugin, to understand how the site is used: which essays are read, how visitors arrive, and roughly where they are. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as your browser and device type, approximate location derived from your IP address, the pages you visit, and how you reached the site. We see this only as aggregated reports. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not sell it.

Security. The site uses Wordfence to protect against attacks. To do this, it processes the IP address and request details of visitors and may keep short-lived logs of suspicious activity.

Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting keeps standard server logs, including IP address, date and time, and the page requested. These are used for operating and securing the site.

What we don’t collect. There are no user accounts for readers, no comments and no newsletter sign-up on this site. We don’t ask for your name or email address unless you email us yourself.

Sharing buttons

The “Share with your team” buttons are plain links. Clicking LinkedIn takes you to LinkedIn, and LinkedIn’s own privacy policy applies from then on. Email opens your own email program, and Print uses your browser. Nothing is sent to those services until you click.

The cookies on this site come from Google Analytics, and from WordPress itself if you are logged in as a site author. Analytics cookies are only set after you accept them in the cookie notice. Before that, our analytics tool may receive limited, anonymous signals that do not use cookies or identify you. You can change your choice at any time from the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings. The site works normally without them.

How long we keep information

Google Analytics data is kept according to the site’s Google Analytics retention settings, which are Google’s default retention settings. Security and server logs are kept for a short period and then deleted.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, or to ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Because we don’t collect names or email addresses through the site, in most cases we hold nothing that identifies you. To ask a question or make a request, write to the address below.
